ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 19.12.2022, 21.12.2022 and 05.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner had filed representations dated 19.12.2022, 21.12.2022 and 05.06.2023, requesting a plan for alternative route for formation of a wider surplus course from Madhavaram Left Flank Weir to Redhills surplus course pursuant to G.O. Ms. No.122 dated 14.07.1998 by the Municipal Administration and water Supply (NaNi 3 ) department. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition.

3. Further, he requests this Court to grant an order of interim injunction, restraining the respondents from formation of wider surplus course, until the disposal of aforesaid petitioner's representations. Hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the respondent within a period of 12 weeks.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

6. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 6th respondent to consider the representations

of the petitioner dated 19.12.2022, 21.12.2022 and 05.06.2023 and after issuing notice to the petitioner, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. Further, there shall be an order of interim injunction, as requested by the petitioner, till the disposal of the aforesaid representations.
