Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 to deduct any amount from petitoner Savings Bank Account bearing Account No.60147170146711 on the file of the second respondent without any authority of law and consequently to direct the respondents to transfer petitioner Savings Bank Account to Syndicate Bank, Golden Rock Branch, Southern Railway Workshop, Accounts Office Compound, Tiruchirapalli-620 004 forthwith by acting on the representation dated 07.08.2013 of the petitioner.
