(The Order of the Court was made by R.Subbiah, J) When the Writ Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file appeal as per the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, as against the impugned order of the second respondent.
