This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 1071 days delay in filing CRL.A.SR.No.31099 of 2025 against the judgment passed in Spl.CC.No.38/2020, on the file of the Sessions Court, (Fast Track Mahila Judge), Namakkal, vide judgement dated 04.04.2022.
