(Order of the Court was made by D.Krishnakumar, J.) On 13.10.2023, this Court directed the first respondent/writ petitioner to pay the amount (sale proceeds) of Rs.95,000/- (Rupees ninety five thousand) to the petitioners on or before 16.10.2023 and posted the matter today i.e. 17.10.2023, for reporting compliance.

2. Today, learned counsel for both the parties have informed the Court that, as directed by this Court, by order dated 13.10.2023, the first respondent has paid the amount (sale proceeds) of Rs.95,000/- to the petitioners. Therefore, the order of the Court has been complied with. Learned counsel for the first respondent has also filed a memo to this effect.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the parties and taking on record the memo filed by the first respondent, petition is closed.
