Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue appropriate Writs, orders or directions and more particularly issue a writ in nature of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for the concerned records from the 1st respondent, quash award passed by the 1st respondent Industrial Tribunal in I.D.No.15 of 2012 dated 21.05.2014 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to reinstate and regularize 18 employees who are concerned in this writ petition whose names are given in the annexure to this affidavit from the date when they completed 480 days of continuous service in the post of Fire Pump Operator with all consequential benefits such as continuity of service and attendant benefits etc.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and an endorsement has also been made by him in the writ petition to that effect.
