2. The petitioner in E.P.No.20 of 2016 in R.C.O.P.No.34 of 2009, is the revision petitioner herein.

3. Considering the narrow scope, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties, the learned Additional District Munsif Court, at Vellore, is directed to dispose of the petition in E.P.No.20 of 2016 in R.C.O.P.No.34 of 2009, within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
