This application has been filed by the applicants/proposed plaintiffs to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased plaintiff S.Rajasimhan being the applicants herein namely V.Deepalakshmi, U.R.Roshan Kumar and S.Saraswathi as the plaintiffs in T.O.S No.17 of 2013.

2. There is no objection on the side of the respondent/defendant in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out necessary amendment.

5. Post the matter on 08.09.2022.
