issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the Detention Order No.41/BCDFGISSSV/2025, dated: 24.04.2025, passed by the Second Respondent under Section 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Cyber Law Offenders, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Sexual Offenders, Slum Grabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 14/82) and quash the same and produce the petitioner brother Thiru.Ketan Mithalal Dhedhi, Male, aged 32 years, S/o. Mitha Bhai, No.13/1, Second Cross Street, Chrompet, Bangalore-560 018 and now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, before this Court and set him at liberty.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.3319, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 10.06.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
