ORDER
When the matter came up for hearing today, the petitioners as well as the second respondent/defacto complainant are personally present before this Court and identified themselves. They also produced their Aadhar Card bearing Nos.2032 9019 4104, 8183 4704 9456 and 4216 5443 4434 respectively. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the second respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
pending investigation in Crime No.949 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent herein, the second respondent/de-facto complainant and the petitioners have amicably settled the issue among themselves and the petitioner has also filed a compromise affidavit dated 29.07.2019 stating that the second respondent has no objection if the investigation in Crime No.949 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent herein is quashed. 4.Recording the statements made by the defacto complainant in the affidavit filed by the petitioner dated 29.07.2019, the investigation in Crime No.949 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of POlice, S6 Shankar Nagar PS, Pammal, Chennai-75, is quashed. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
