O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of O.S.No.116 of 2023, pending on the file of the III Additional District Court, Darapuram.

2.The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit and is aged 77 years. The suit has been filed for partition. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the pleadings in the suit has got completed and the issues have also been framed by the Trial Court. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3.This Court, after giving due consideration to the age of the petitioner as well as the suit of the year 2023, directs the Trial Court, namely the III Additional District Court, Dharapuram, to dispose of O.S.No.116 of 2023, after conducting trial, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the aforesaid direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Since, no adverse orders are passed as against the respondents in this Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with by this Court in this Civil Revision Petition. No costs.
