O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.15484 of 2020, order dated 01.10.2020 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.15484 of 2020, on 01.10.2020 is modified to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
