.. Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition came to be numbered under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by way of transfer of O.A. No.1161 of 2003 from the file of the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal with a prayer to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent dated 10.05.2002 issued in the Ref. No.Nil quash and the same as far as petitioner is concerned further direct the respondents to place the petitioner below the full members as on 12.08.1998 in the cadre of Secondary Grade Assistant in the Ilayankudi Panchayat Union and further direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the panel for promotion to the post of Primary School Headmaster issued in the Proceedings in the second respondent dated 19.05.2002 issued in the Ref. No.Nil and to award the consequential benefits.
