O R D E R

Heard Mr.V.Bhiman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. With the consent of either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The petitioner seeks to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2015 within a specified period. 3.The grievance of the petitioner appears to be with regard to election to be conducted by NLC, Other Backward Class Employees Welfare Association. On a perusal of the averments made in support of the Writ Petition, it is seen that the petitioner has been disqualified and certain persons are contending that they are entitled to members of the association.

4.In my view, the dispute raised by the petitioner is a internal dispute of the 5th respondent-association. Therefore, the petitioner has to workout his remedies in terms of the by-laws of the Association and thereafter, approach the authorities for relief.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar ssd
