Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 04.10.2016 passed by the 1st respondent vide his proceedings Na.Ka.7032/2015 SaPa dismissing the review petition preferred by the petitioner u/s 154 of the T.N.Co.Op. Societies Act, 1983 by affirming the order dated 28.07.2015 passed by the 1st respondent vide his proceedings Na.Ka.8721/2014 SaPa dismissing the revision petitioner preferred by the petitioner u/s 153 of the T.N.Co.Op. Societies Act, 1983 aggrieved by the order of the reversions dated 01.09.2013 and 05.08.2014 passed by the 2nd respondent against the petitioner and quash the same and further direct the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner as a clerk in the 2nd respondent society with continuity of service, backwages and all other attendant benefits.
