PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the Detention Order No.42/BCDFGISSSV/2025, dated 24.04.2025, passed by the Second Respondent and quash the same and direct the Respondent to produce petitioner's husband namely P.Khuplallom Hrangkhol, son of Pullianala Haranghol, male, aged about 34 years, now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, before this Court and set him at liberty and pass such other or further orders as are necessary and deem fit by this Court in the interest of justice.
