This is a petition to condone the delay of 323 days in filing the writ appeal.

2. Mr.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondents, submitted that he has no objection in this petition being allowed.

3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit accompanying this civil miscellaneous petition and also considering the 'no objection'

expressed by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, the aforesaid delay is condoned and this C.M.P. is ordered accordingly.

4. The Registry is directed to number the writ appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
