Crl.OP.No.13918 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J., This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No. 210 of 2023 for the offences under Section 174 Cr.P.C altered to Section 302 of IPC.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that all the petitioners have surrendered before the respondent police and thereby, the petition become infructuous.

3.In such view of the matter, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
