ORDER

(The Case has been heard through Video Conference) This Contempt Petition arises out of the interim order passed by this Court, dated 17.10.2019 made in W.M.P.No.29538/2019 in W.P.No.29640 of 2019.

2.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents that already, the 3rd respondent herein, has filed a petition in W.M.P.No.31770 of 2019, seeking to vacate the interim order and it is pending.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has fairly acceded to and submit that the petitioner may be permitted to proceed with the vacate stay petition.

4.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition along with Sub Application is closed. Post the vacate stay petition before the regular Court for final disposal.
