ORDER

Heard Mr.T.Ramachandran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

2. Since the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself, without notice to the 3rd respondent, the allegations made by the petitioner against the 3rd respondent are not gone into and left open to be taken note of by the competent authority.

3. The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to dispose of his representation dated 10.1.2015, which has been presented before the respondents 1 and 2 through his counsel. It is seen that the 1st respondent vide proceedings dated 13.01.2015 has directed the 2nd respondent to consider the request made by the petitioner and furnish appropriate reply to the writ petitioner. Since no action has been taken for more than a month, the petitioner has approached this Court.

4. In the light of the above facts, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2015, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent and issue appropriate reply to the petitioner. The above direction shall be complied with, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
