ORDER
Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the prayer sought for the petitioner has been considered by the respondens and to that effect they have also produced letter of the Assistant Commissioner, HR&CE Department, Villupuram in Na.Ka.No.3789 /2023-2/A2/dated 01.07.2024 Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous.
2. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no further adjudication is required in this petition. Accordingly this Petition is closed. No costs.
