The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order dated 16.04.2014 passed in I.A.No.13662 of 2013 in O.S.No.1683 of 2013, by the learned judge, XIV Assistant City Civil Court, Madras.
2. Today when this Civil Revision petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the Suit pertains to this Civil Revision Petition has been disposed of before the trial Court. In this regard, he has also made an endorsement. The submission made by the learned counsel is recorded.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel and considering the fact that nothing survives for further adjudication in the revision petition, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
