This contempt petition is filed by complaining that the order dated 11.12.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17534 of 2020 has not been complied with.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first and second respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and in order to substantiate the said submission, the learned Additional Government Pleader also produced the relevant proceedings of the District Registrar, Chengalpet dated 03.02.2022.
3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the District Registrar, Chengalpet, it is left open to him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
