Heard Mr.M.Selvam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.V.

Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Corporation.

2.The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondent to permit him to set up a petty shop near Canara Bank, Guindy Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai, for his rehabilitation, for which the petitioner has made representation dated 02.02.2015 to the respondent.

3.The petitioner claims to be a physically challenged person. He has little educational qualification and hence cannot aspire a table job. Therefore, he submitted a representation to the respondent to permit him to run a bunk shop near Canara Bank, Guindy Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai, and thereafter, he has come up with the above writ petition.

4.Therefore, considering the limited nature of the prayer sought and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.02.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of four weeks.
