Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition that first petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, All women Police Station, Chengalpattu, Chengalpattu District daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.12827 of 2020 dated 21.08.2020 on the file of the Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12827 of 2020 dated 21.08.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, All women Police Station, Chengalpattu, Chengalpattu District daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12827 of 2020 dated 21.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
