Sub Application Petition is filed under Section 151 of C.P.C., to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the order dated 04.09.2020 passed by this Court in TR.CMP.No.439 of 2020 and C.M.P.No.9404 of 2020.

Contempt Petition SR.No.75484 of 2020 is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 04.09.2020 passed by this Hon'ble Court in TR.CMP.No.439 of 2020 and C.M.P.No.9404 of 2020. It is brought to the notice of this Court that TR.CMP.No.439 of 2020 filed by the petitioner was already dismissed by this Court on 05.01.2021 as not maintainable.

2. Thus, the present Sub Application petition deserves no merit consideration and further, the petitioner could not able to establish any doubt as against the interim order of Status quo granted. 2/3

3. Accordingly, the Sub Application (OS).No.391 of 2020 stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, Contempt Petition SR.No.75484 of 2020 stands rejected at the SR Stage itself.
