As per the earlier directions of this Court in compliance with the directions of the Full Bench in the case of K.Rajalingam Vs. Suganthalakshmi, the respondent/complainant has filed the transpose petitions and has also submitted the clean copy of the grounds of appeal.
Therefore, both the above petitions are ordered as prayed for.
2.Registry is directed to treat both revisions as closed and convert the revisions into criminal appeals against acquittal and issue fresh appeal numbers.
3.Mr.V.Nandhakumar takes notice for the accused in both appeals. Post the matter in the month of October 2022.
