This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first respondent police to transfer the investigation in Crime No.957 of 2020 pending on the file of the second respondent police to any other investigating agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that Investigation has completed and charge Sheet also filed in SP.SC.No.56 of 2022 on the file of the Special Court for POCSO Cases, Chengalpattu. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original petition is dismissed..
