This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 27.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.13426 of 2022 to report before the Inspector of Police, C1, Sriperumbudur Police Station, Sriperumbudur daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks, thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
