2.The petitioner's grievance is that on his patta land, the Local Body has put up a storm water drainage. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation on 09.01.2025 for removing the drain. 3.The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass a speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 2/4
