ORDER

[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's wife "X", aged about 19 years, before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.

It is the case of the petitioner that he was in love with "X" and got married to her on 14.06.2021 in a family temple. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his wife "X" https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is in the illegal custody of her parents viz., third and fourth respondents herein.

3.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the enquiry conducted by the police revealed that the said "X", who is a married lady, is living with her husband peacefully after marriage; when "X" was enquired by the police, she stated that she had nothing to do with the petitioner.

4.

In such view of the matter, we find that this is a vexatious petition to harass a married woman.
