This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1634 days in representing the Second Appeal in SR.No.133637 of 2018.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the appellants are directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras", within a period of two weeks from today".
