ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus direction directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.09.2019 and make

appropriate entries regarding the fraudulent nature of Deed of Power of Attorney dated 02.01.2017 registered as Document No.23 of 2017 in the office of the third respondent and consequently cause appropriate entries for deletion of the entry relating to the said document and further direct the respondents to initiate appropriate criminal action against the persons who had caused execution and registration of the said documents. 2.

Heard Mr.V.G.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Lokesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.09.2019 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned especially to the fourth respondent herein and thereafter pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
