Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in reference No.55-N/19/13/ (25)/2011/Town-Bfts dated 14.10.2011 and consequently in reference No.55-N-1913-25-2011-Town-Bfts dated 18.03.2014 to the petitioner and quash the same and also direct the respondents to refer the petitioner to any Government Hospital in Chennai to assess the correct and proper percentage of permanent disability, and consequently fix the daily rate of permanent benefit on the basis of accidental benefits on the date of the petitioner's retirement i.e. On 01.03.1998 in accordance with ESI Act.
