ORDER

The petitioner seeks for the issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider her representation dated 08.12.2014, in and by which, she has sought for registration of the decree passed by the Civil Court in O.S.No.41 of 2004 dated 15.10.2004.

2. It is submitted that the appeal filed against the said judgment was also dismissed by this Court in A.S.No.757 of 2005 dated 30.09.2011. However, the private parties, who are defendants in the said suit, are not impleaded as parties in the writ petition. Therefore, the correctness of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner made in this regard cannot be gone into. 3. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 08.12.2014, after issuing notice to the parties, who are likely to be aggrieved and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
