ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to complete the disciplinary enquiry and pass final orders thereon.

2. The petitioner is issued with a Charge Memo dated .04.2023 (signed on 05.05.2023) and the petitioner has submitted his explanation and the same is pending.

3. When the matter came up for admission, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the disciplinary enuiry can be finalised within such time as may be fixed by this Court.

4. In view thereof, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the following terms:- Page No. 2 of 4

(i) The respondents shall proceed further and conduct an enquiry to complete the disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders pursuant to the Charge Memo issued to the petitioner dated .04.2023 (signed on 05.05.2023) as expedioustly as possible in any event not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
