Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Appeal No.330/2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner is Special S.C.No.15 of 2016 by the Mahalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruppur by the judgment dated 28.03.2018 pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeal before this Honble Court.[CRL.MP.NO.7647/2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl. Appeal No.330/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.C.VASUDEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- After going through the application filed, we are not inclined to grant suspension of sentence at this stage. Accordingly, the miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.

2. The issue sought to be raised can be adjudicated at the time of final disposal of the appeal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks early hearing inasmuch as the appeal is pending from the year 2018 and there is an urgency expressed by the Apex Court involving offence committed under POCSO Act.
