(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15916 of 2020 vide order dated 13.10.2020, whereby the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on Every Monday and Every Friday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
