Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 397 & 401 of Cr.P.C. to set aside the order passed in C.M.P.No.1175 of 2017 & 3219 of 2019 against Spl.C.C.No.88 of 2017 dated 12.05.2021 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Namakkal.

Government Advocate (crl.side) COMMON ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he got instructions to withdraw both the revision cases and he has also produced the letter, dated 16.12.2021 given by the petitioner to that effect. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw both the Criminal Revision Cases with liberty to file a fresh petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, both the Criminal Revision Cases are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
