The Writ Petition has been preferred by the Petitioner to direct the Second Respondent to release the Settlement Deed bearing pending document No. P/ANNANAGAR/96/2019. 2.Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Settlement Deed presented before the Second Respondent has been returned to the Petitioner after registration and she has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. Nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter.
