The decree holder seeks transfer of the judgment and decree dated 27.10.2021 to the Principal District Court, Sivagangai in view of the fact that the property of the judgment debtor is situated within the jurisdiction of the said Court.

2. The documents on record indicate that a decree was issued for payment of a sum of Rs.4,69,53,434.25/- with interest on the principal sum of Rs.3,40,00,000/- at 12% per annum from 27.10.2021 till the date of realization. The decree holder states that the decree was not satisfied partly or in full and that the only asset identified by the decree holder is situated within the jurisdiction of the Principal District Court, Sivagangai.

3. Upon considering the above submissions, this petition is hereby allowed as prayed for. In order to facilitate expeditious transmission, the Registry is directed to hand over the decree in a sealed envelope to the decree holder.
