Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15631 of 2020 order dated 05.10.2020. For Petitioners : Mr.E.Parthiban For Respondent : Mr.M.Mohammed Riyaz Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by order dated 05.10.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15631 of 2020, whereby the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks, and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the conditions imposed against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on first and third week Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
