PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records leading to the detention of the petitioner's son Mr.Sadham Sherif, S/o.Usman who has been detained under Act 14/1982 as a "Drug Offender" vide detention order No.534/BCDFGISSSV/2024 made by the first respondent in his order dated 18.05.2024 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the said detenue before this Court and thereafter set him at liberty from the Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai.
