This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 123 days delay in filing Crl.RC.SR.No.31144 of 2025 as against the judgment dated 20.08.2024 in Crl.A.No.116 of 2022 on the file of the learned Special Court for Trial of case registered under SC/ST(POA) Act, Namakkal.
