No.60/BCDFGISSSV/2025 and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's husband Karthik, S/o.Meenakshi Sundaram, aged 33 years, No.57/19, TNHB Colony, Ayappakkam, Chennai - 600 077, who is presently undergoing detention in the Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, branding him as 'Goonda' under Section 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Slum Grabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982), before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S. RAMESH, J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.2829, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 19.05.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.
2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
