ORDER

The petitioner herein based on the Civil Court decree had made a request to the police to give protection for carrying out whitewash the walls.

2.According to the petitioner, though a request was made to provide police protection for reinforcement and whitewash the walls the police has failed to provide protection.

3.The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the Civil Court decree is to the effect that the petitioner can carry out the maintenance of the wall and their present request does not restrict for maintenance 2/4

work alone, but she wants to carry out reinforcement work of the wall which does not fall within the scope of the decree granted by the Civil Court. For the purpose of whitewash alone, if the request is made on any particular day, the police will make necessary arrangement for protection of whitewashing the wall alone in the petitioner's house and the same will be considered.
