C.M.P.No.12815 of 2024 in C.R.P.No.4176 of 2023 V. LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J.

Time that was granted by this court on 18.12.2023 was on the basis of the undertaking affidavit filed by the civil revision petitioner. He had undertaken to vacate the premises on or before 30.06.2024. The time to vacate and hand over possession was not fixed by the Court, but was based on the undertaking affidavit filed by the petitioner.

2. Today, the petitioner seeks further extension of time. The ground, on which he seeks, is that the property was mortgaged by him with the UCO Bank. This is not a ground to seek extension of time. I am not convinced with the reasons.

3. In view of the above, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
