ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus directing the official respondents to dispose of his representation dated 10.05.2010, relating to removal of encroachment made by the respondents 4 to 24 in his lands in S.Nos.39/2 and 39/3 at Kosavanpalayam Village, Survanur, 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is no more and hence, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to approach the authority concerned with regard to the relief sought for herein.

3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed, leaving it open to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to approach the authority concerned with a fresh representation. On submission of such representation, the authority concerned shall consider the same and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
