ORDER
1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, for a direction for speedy disposal of OS.No.104 of 2007 and the connected matters, on the file of the III Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem.
2. This court heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. Taking into consideration the narrow scope of the prayer and the age of the Plaintiff, who is aged about 83 years old, I find that the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner for speedy disposal of the case, is found to have force. Accordingly, the III Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem is hereby directed to include the OS.No.104 of 2007 in the special list and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
