This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in related to FIR No. 713/2019 dated 29.12.2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police S-12-Chitlapakkam Police Station, Chromepet, Chennai-600 064 and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police submits that in this case, investigation has been completed, charge sheet in CC.No.368 of 2022 has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram.

3. In view of the completion of the investigation and filing of charge sheet, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to participate in the trial and raise all the points which he made in this petition and contest the case.
